Exchanges and Refunds
Products purchased from CzipLite automatically include a 30-day exchange/refund option (please note: this excludes items bought during a sale, or in the sale category; bulk purchases, and gift cards).
All returned items need to be in perfect and unused condition complete with original packaging. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us at email@example.com before returning it. There is a RM50.00 service and repacking charge for any returned items not in original and unopened condition. CzipLite is not responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
Gift cards, downloadable products.
RefundsYour refund will be for the price of the item, not inclusive of original postage costs. If your item was sent with free shipping, we may withhold the cost of the original postage. Please note that all refunds will be made via store credit equivalent to your purchase value and will be credited to your CzipLite account.
ExchangesYou will be responsible for the return postage to get the item back to CzipLite and you will need to pay for postage again if it's below the free shipping threshold.
How do I make a return?If for whatever reason you'd like to exchange or return your purchase, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or Whatsapp us at +6012 219 1559 with your order number, the product you want to exchange or return, and the reason for exchange and return.
Sale & Bulk OrdersProducts purchased in large quantities, at reduced rates may not be returned or exchanged.
Warranty ReturnsIn the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged product upon delivery, simply e-mail us (via the process above) and we will arrange to have the item replaced.
All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection.
We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit. If the item is faulty, damaged, or significantly not as described, CzipLite will cover all postage costs and provide a full refund via online store credit voucher.
